    c00kie aka Joyce

    c00kie was known to many of us in one way or another,
    perhaps more than anything else for being able to cut through
    the red tape as head of Channel Service in undernet, and fixing the
    problems created either by the registration bot, or by other humans.

    I treasure the few occasions on which we communicated,
    a warm and loving person.
    I wish that I had known her in the flesh.

    It was she who fixed the original problem with the first registration of
    #Christian-Chat, before the disasters of January 2001.

    It was she who was able to expedite the transfer of #Christian
    from Maestro7 to Mal`ak shortly after the new X was installed,
    despite a problem with the wording on the transfer form.

    It was she who was able to ensure that after #AS's registration lapsed
    as a sex channel, that it was held
    pending Chalcedony's request to register it for Autism support.
